Thanks very much Jacqueline. This is a disorienting time. On one level I’m feeling relatively safe personally, and I’m hopeful for a good long term outcome from the current global health crisis. But on another level I’m feeling more anxious and keyed up, more distractible and forgetful, not sleeping very well. It definitely helps to remember that many other people are having exactly the same feelings, and so many people are experiencing much greater challenges. Loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity are the answer.
Thanks for explaining the dance of the planets through the zodiac. It puts everything into a bigger perspective, provides some reassurance that everything changes over time, and helps us respond more consciously and intentionally.
