Coyote Leads the Way

December 29, 2020 By Jacqueline

“Coyotes move within a landscape of attentiveness.”

Coyote 300x285 - Coyote Leads the WayOn the shortest day
of the year,
I saw two coyotes
before me on the path.
Those tricksters
leading the zigzag way.
Keen and alert
through the
Jupiter Saturn Portal.
Solstice Sparked 🌟

I welcome the Light!

My Mantra.
I welcome the Light!

“Zig-Zaggers/perfect walkers walk very carefully to conserve energy. Their rear paw/hoof will land in the spot where their front paw previously fell.”

Countless eyes lifted toward the sky.
Momentous Jupiter Saturn conjunction
shining bright upon
the twists and turns
of coyote path.
Aquarius,
the visionary,
the sign of times to come.
What lies ahead on the path?
We can only go forward.

Lumiarias 1 258x300 - Coyote Leads the WayOn Christmas Eve,
I set up 70 luminarias on my street.
An offering of luminous lanterns.
Calling in the Light.

I watched…
With caution for
candlelight in the wind.

On my knees,
lighting
and relighting the luminarias
as the wind kicked up.

Remembering that Coyote stole fire to give to humans,
a piece of the sun to warm our winter chilled bones
and weary spirits.
An offering.
May all beings be well and happy
May all beings be nourished.
May all beings be free.

Hours later, nary a breeze.
Moonlight through the clouds.
One by one,
I gathered lanterns that lined sidewalks
with candles diminishing lights.

Disassembled all,
elements
of sand
of paper bag lanterns and
of melted candle wax remains.

All was calm.
Precious quiet.
An intimate communion with the night,
invoking the Light.

May all beings be well and happy.
May all beings be nourished.
May all beings be free.
I welcome the Light!

May the path forward be bright for each and everyone
in this new year with an Aquarian twist!

These are sacred days. What is showing up for you on your path?
Life is magnified.
Be keen and alert,
we continue to move through the Jupiter Saturn portal.

We’ve never done this dance before and we’re improvising each roll and twist, every leap and turn.

More Than an Eclipse

December 13, 2020 By Jacqueline

many moons by Janie Olsen 235x300 - More Than an EclipseGaze within the rising tide of darkness
and see the glimmer of stardust
in your bones.

The constellation of our times
draws us closer
to our collective underworld

where voices of truth and injustice
cry out from the center of our galaxy.

A solar eclipse
and perspective shifts.
A primordial score activates
an instinctive riff.

Turn off the noise
and listen to the movement of the planets.
As above, so below.
A dance entwined,
past and future,
inner and outer cosmos design.

We can’t rationalize this away,
Although many try to hold
the crusty barriers of the crumbling patriarchy.

Wacky juxtaposition
of the fat and the lean,
of looking forward,
of looking back
and of eyes closed.

Aspirations and goals magnified.
Contradictions illuminated.
Visionary tension crackles with risk and caution.
Synchronicity sings.

Step aboard the Wheel of Fortune,
the Solstice 2020 gateway
is weighted with responsibility.
Veracity and shadow.
Fiery catapult.
The end and the dawning of an era.

Sagittarius Solar Eclipse December 14, 2020 8:16 am PST

One door closes and another opens. Endings and beginnings are hallmarks of eclipses. During a solar eclipse, the moon casts a shadow over the earth; the shadow of consequences of past actions, habits and addictions to opinions. What is really going on? Smacked out of the comfort zone of righteousness and entitlement. Religious and political intolerance, fanaticism aflame. The earth is shifting beneath our feet. Here we are, there’s no turning back. Be present with what is essential.

Breathe, embody, open your mind without losing focus to the winds of speculation and endless distractions. The present moment is a valuable place to be, a solar eclipse portal that emphasizes making changes in habitual patterns. Craft the tension to form your intentions.

Each solar eclipse belongs to a larger family of eclipses that appears every 18 years (overall for more than 1000 years). Past dates of eclipses in this family (called Saros Series 4 South) include December 2002, November 1984, November 1966, and November 1948.

Consider what concerns in your life are holding you back.
Where are you investing your attention?

≋ Fresh Air! ≋

Days after the Solar Eclipse, Jupiter and Saturn each move into Aquarius and join in a conjunction on the Solstice. This marks the ending and beginning of a 20 year cycle and is the closest visible alignment in 800 years.

The Saturn Jupiter conjunction begins a significant cycle of social destiny. There is an emphasis for new developments in social consciousness and shows up in community groups, organizations, business and financial trends. Challenges and opportunities arise at this time as individuals make important changes in goals and aspirations in accordance with the shifting landscape of business and social sectors.

We are in a passage where new ideas abound. Seeds of innovation and invention are fertile. Outworn patterns, both in our personal lives and in the business sector, become glaringly obvious and obsolete. Already we are connecting with social groups in new ways, what’s next? It won’t take long, developments get a boost of energy.

We’ve never done this dance before and we’re improvising each roll and twist, every leap and turn. We need to keep moving, yet we also need to find the rest and the grounding nourishment that our bodies crave. It’s easy to disassociate, forget and neglect the basics….Remember what is essential! In the quest for logic in an increasingly strange and chaotic world, beware of intolerance and inflexibility. Cultivate kindness.

What am I seeking in the future that exists now in my present experience?

How may I live and act according to my truth, free from judging myself or others?

Where am I drawn to “break the rules” of my conditioning?

Is there a restlessness within me and what is that voice?

What is the vision that I wish to translate into my present reality?

“Everything you said is right on, I can’t believe you know who I am. It’s stunning, just stunning! Tina S.

Solstice Eclipse 2020

June 21, 2020 By Jacqueline

“Instead of only caring for ourselves, we are invited to care for species other than our own. We are encouraged to look to the roots of things. “Care” is tied to a German root word chara, which means to grieve or to lament.” Terry Tempest Williams, Erosion: Essays of Undoing

A new world is emerging.
We are transforming,
each one of us.

There is power in the awareness
of ebb and flow;
of seasons
of cultural rhythms
of personal cycles within.

The light of the Sun
eclipsed by the Moon shadow
as it stands in front of the light.

Turmoil,
transformation,
world out of balance.

Life is different,
see the world anew,
keep looking and look again.

Look to the root…
the way forward is tied to the past.
Injustice cannot be rationalized,
glossed over,
ignored and forgotten.

The upside down
the inside out, disorienting
shape shifting suspension.

Sorrow. Grief. Caring.
Come home to yourself,
the here and the now,
and listen to the Earth.

A new world is emerging.
We are transforming.
Seed your intentions.

Empower Respect.
Honesty.
Integrity.
Kindness.
Resonate and Amplify!

“Edges are important because they define a limitation in order to deliver us from it. When we come to an edge we come to a frontier that tells us that we are now about to become more than we have been before. As long as one operates in the middle of things, one can never really know the nature of the medium in which one moves.” William Irwin Thompson, The Time Falling Bodies Take to Light

Cancer Solar Eclipse
June 20, 2020 11:41 pm PDT

A Solar Eclipse changes the way we perceive the order of our lives. We see a shadow where we depend on seeing light. The darkness accentuated by an eclipse can bring a sharp focus of clarity into our field of vision. This eclipse marks significant endings and beginnings. Previous eclipses relevant to this time occurred in May 1966, May 1984 and June 2002.

This Solar Eclipse was preceded by a Lunar Eclipse two weeks ago and will be followed by the Capricorn Lunar Eclipse on July 4 which is the next full moon.

Shedding our skins,
again and again.
Letting go.
Emerging.

“Home, in the end, is of course not just the place where you sleep. It’s the place where you stand.” Pico Iyer

This powerful lunation is in the early degrees of sensitive Cancer, deeply caring and protective of home and family. It’s time to reconsider: what is family? A tribal ethic that only cares for one’s own race or gender orientation or species is passe. It’s over.

We need to become stewards of the Earth and all Beings that dwell here.
Life is too short.
The world is too small.

May this Solstice Eclipse
illuminate the cracks
where we need healing and
usher in an enlightened awareness
of caring and repair. We are Family.
Black Lives Matter.
Water is Life.
May All Beings Be Free.

Meditations with Tibetan Bowls coming soon when I have my tech side set up. It’s complicated.

These difficult times call for more love, cultivating ease and peace.

I look forward to joining together online in the near future.

with love,

Jacqueline

Taurus New Moon: Earth Day

April 22, 2020 By Jacqueline

“We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. When we say we are connecting with nature, we are connecting with ourselves.” Andy Goldsworthy
Shaping Spirit tree sculpture Debra Bernier 200x300 - Taurus New Moon: Earth Day
This surreal reality
each day a new twist.

Warped,
off balance,
askew.

Anchor.
Claim your earth roots.
Transplant your awareness.
Seed your intentions.

Persevere.
Stick with your values.
Stability.
Tune in to your own rhythms.

Earth body.
Elemental rhythms.
Be still and hear the movement of your blood.
Become acquainted with the the subtleties of your breath.

Listen the song of your heart
and you’ll find kindness.
Keep listening…
and sing your song.

Stand naked to yourself,
and greet your unique mystery.
You are miraculous.

Earth Day
Every day miraculous.
It’s good to be alive.

“Your reading was very intuitive . It liberated my sense of self and purpose here as well as centering me in an expanded understanding of myself. Listening to the recording a month after the reading, some of the things you spoke of in terms of my path are now deeply resonant in my life. I am grateful for this tool of insight. Thank you.”   Caroline S.

Breathing and Being Present

March 28, 2020 By Jacqueline

“Live your daily life in a way that you never lose yourself. When you are carried away with your worries, fears, cravings, anger, and desire, you run away from yourself and you lose yourself. The practice is always to go back to oneself.” Thich Nhat Hanh

Meditation of Peace and Love Cathy McClelland 300x280 - Breathing and Being PresentReaching out…
because we’re all in this together.

The weight of Saturn in Aquarius
brings focus to group consciousness.

We are called
to break out of routines,
to restructure life with innovation,
to approach life with an open mind.

Anxiety and fear
can spread like a virus.

It’s up to each individual to
be skillful with attention,
attunement and breath.

To face loneliness and isolation
with curiosity and kindness,
without judgement.

Right now…

Take this moment
allow your shoulders to drop
slow down your breathing…

Breathing in, breathing out…
nothing rushed.

Wave away distractions,
these precious moments are for you.

Breathing in, breathing out…
notice how your breathing is shifting,
stay with this.

Drink in this moment,
Be present with all of you.

Notice where you are craving your nourishing breath,
drink in your breath, exhale and make room for another.
and another and another.
♥ Nourish your mind and body with lovingkindness. ♥

with Love,

Jacqueline

Let us breathe together with conscious intention.
